My thesis for university was written in cooperation with iteratec GmbH. The title is 'The conception and implementation of a gamified web application to improve the networking between workers within the company'. During that time I especially learned how to deal with problems and code just by myself. Honestly, I struggle at writing a lot but in the end I had a lot of fun getting to know the human being and how Gamification can influence their behaviour.
